If you are like me you love buffalo chicken anything!! I make buffalo chicken pizzas all the time!! It so easy and yummy. These are great for dinner, parties, or when unexpected company drops by! So easy to throw together! Check it out!

Here’s what you will need:
Pizza Dough
1-2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Buffalo Wing Sauce ( You can make your own or buy one pre-made)
Mozzarella Cheese

I buy my dough shells from Walmart!! They come 2 in a pack for about $3.87!! I use the second shell for a regular pepperoni and cheese for the man of the house!! He likes my buffalo chicken pizze but sometimes it’s a little too spicy for him!

Cut the chicken into cubes and fry in pan on stove with a little oil. Cook chicken through completely. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

I use Ken’s Buffalo Wing Sauce or Frank’s Red Hot. To make the Franks Red Hot I use 1:1 Franks Red Hot and Melted Butter. If you prefer to have the hot sauce not so hot use 2:1 butter! Sometimes I mix my Franks and Ken’s Buffalo Wing for even more heat!! But I like it Hot!!

Pour the chicken and hot sauce over pizza dough and cover with cheese. Bake until golden brown on bottom and cheese melted about 15 minutes!

Cut and Serve!! Blue Cheese can be used to dip if you prefer!!
