Gratitude, Thankfulness, Gratefulness, & Appreciation

This November, I thought it would be a perfect time to give thanks and encourage everyone else to do the same!

We are firm believers that what you put it out into the universe is what you will receive back! One of our favorite books is, The Secret by Rhonda Byrnes. If you haven’t read it, you really should.  It is a great reference to remind us of what is important and to stay positive.

In the busy world we live in today, it is so easy to forget to give gratitude.  To be grateful for what we have. To appreciate our loved ones.  To show humility.  To express Thanks.

With Thanksgiving coming,  I thought we would do a segment of posts for 30 Days of Gratitude!!  Please join us in the next month in thinking positively and expressing gratitude.  Try it with us and see if you feel better in general after a month of living more positively!

I enjoyed the challenge. It inspired me to be more thoughtful and demonstrative about the things and individuals for which I am grateful.

There were times that finding any reason to feel gratitude was nearly impossible, but I’ve learned to feel thankful in situations where, previously, I’d never bothered to try to see the positive side of things and have developed the ability to find that silver lining in the more challenging situations. Despite not wanting to always look for the positive in things, the outcome always resulted in me feeling a whole lot better about a given situation. This has certainly removed a lot of unnecessary misery in my life, so I have to say that I definitely enjoyed this challenge! Thank you!

I enjoyed the gratitude challenge – I only wish I’d found out about it sooner!
