Pepperoni Pizza Balls Recipe

From Mary Lou’s Kitchen:

If you are a pizza lover…  you must try these easy and super yummy Pepperoni  Pizza Balls.

Pizza Ball- done

What you will need:

2 Cans of Pillsbury Grand Biscuits

1 lb. of Mozzarella Cheese Block

Sliced Pepperoni

1 Egg or Olive Oil Cooking Spray or Olive Oil Butter Spray

1 Jar of Your favorite Marinara Sauce

Seasonings Needed:

Garlic Powder

Parmesan Cheese

Italian Seasoning

*Tip:  You may be able to find a Parmesan Mix with all of the needed seasonings in it. I did!

Step 1: 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut Mozzarella into squares or cubes. Flatten each biscuit and layer with pepperoni slice and cheese!!

Step 2:

Fold the sides up around filling to create a ball.

Step 3:

Place all the dough balls into a glass dish. Brush the dough balls with a beaten egg or spray with your olive oil.  Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

Step 4:

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits have a nice brown color. Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!!

Easy peasy! And they taste amazing!  A great appetizer, snack. or meal!

These also freeze very well.
