WalMart Coupon Shopping Trip – Saved $103.05 in Coupons!

I have been super busy lately, I have barely had time to get my own shopping done! I am the kind of person who does not like to have to run to the store everytime we need something. I prefer to do a big haul and be set with non-perishable items for a good while. I realize not everyone chooses to and/or is able to shop this way… but, for me it works!

I also do not consider myself an extreme couponer… although the poor lady behind me on this trip might beg to differ. (I had a coupon for every item pictured!) I use coupons to buy items we really need and will use. My strategy is to use the coupons to save money by buying it before we actually need it. Then, I am not running to the store having to pay full price!

Oh… and that lady behind me that at first seemed a bit put off by having to wait for my $103.05 in coupons to be entered was saying “Go You!” and amazed at how much I saved in the end We even chatted about coupons and I gave her this website information.

Okay… onward to the haul…

First Stop: HBA

Next Stop: Paper Products & Cleaning

Might as well grab a bit of Grocery Items

Can’t forget the fur babies!

You can probably tell that I obviously spent some money here – It was the biggest trip I have done in awhile. Like I said, I haven’t had the time so I was stocking up and using up some coupons that expire at the end of the month. Again, I do not advocate using a coupon just because you have it. I ONLY use coupons on things we actually need and/or use!

The bottom line for me is that I saved $103.05 just by clipping and printing some coupons… on things I would’ve been buying anyhow! Coupons are like pretty money with pictures on them. I saved over 30% overall. I am happy!
